The OST’s Code is our statement of business conduct standards and underscores our core business values to help employees make proper and ethical business decisions. It summarizes key elements of company policies designed to ensure lawful and ethical conduct.

All interactions with customers, vendors, suppliers, shareholders, and fellow employees are conducted with the utmost honesty and respect.


03 Integrity Hotline Reporting

ORT’s Integrity Hotline provides a resource for employees, vendors, and customers to make an anonymous report. It is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, with local language services and is available for use by web or telephonic reporting. In addition to the Global Compliance Hotline, employees can report concerns to a supervisor, Human Resources, or the Global Compliance Department. ORT maintains employee escalation protections and communication mechanisms to enable employees to report and escalate suspected violations of the ORT policy.
